Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

• A booking is a contract.

• A minimum Booking Fee of $50.00 applies to all bookings.

• A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been paid

• Peak season rates are from the 21st of December to 14th of January

• Booking deposits for Cabins and Tourist Flats over the peak season and long weekends are non-refundable unless unit can be rebooked (a booking fee still applies)

• Booking deposits for all tent sites (powered and/or non-powered) during the peak season and over long weekends are non-refundable

• Deposits over the Christmas season are refundable up to the 1st of October but $50.00 booking fee will still apply

• The peak season and long weekends have a minimum of 4 nights' stay.

• An automatic surcharge of 2.5% will be added to all credit card users. We don't give a 2.5% discount for those cash paying clients.

• Weather conditions are a part of camping so please come prepared

• No refunds are given for early departure on booked dates.

• Refunds due to adverse weather conditions are at the discretion of camp management

• Camp management retain the right to alter cabin and site arrangement

• A child is classed from 1 year of age

• An adult is classed from 15 years of age and over
