Cancellation & Refund Policy

• A booking is a contract.

• A minimum Booking Fee of $20.00 applies to all bookings.

• A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been paid

• Peak season rates are from the 21st of December to 14th of January

• Booking deposits for Cabins and Tourist Flats over the peak season and long weekends are non-refundable unless unit can be rebooked (a booking fee still applies)

• Booking deposits for all tent sites (powered and/or non-powered) during the peak season and over long weekends are non-refundable

• Deposits over the Christmas season are refundable up to the 1st of October but $20.00 booking fee will still apply

• The peak season and long weekends have a minimum of 4 nights' stay.

• An automatic surcharge of 2.5% will be added to all credit card users. We don't give a 2.5% discount for those cash paying clients.
