A booking is a contract

A minimum booking fee of $100.00 applies to all bookings

A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been paid

Peak season rates are from the 21st of December to the 14th of January

Booking deposits for cabins and tourist flats over the peak season and over long weekends are non-refundable

Booking deposits for all tent sites (powered and/or non-powered) during the peak season and over long weekends are non-refundable

Deposits over the Christmas season are refundable up to the 1st of October, but a $50.00 booking fee and 10% of the total cost of booking applies

The peak season we have a minimum of 5 nights’ stay

An automatic surcharge of 2.5% will be added to all credit card users.

No refunds are given for early departure on booked dates

Weather conditions are a part of camping so please come prepared

Refunds due to adverse weather conditions are at the discretion of camp management

Camp management retain the right to alter cabin and site arrangement

A child is classed from 1 year of age

An adult is classed from 15 years of age and over
